INNER BLOOM Wellness & Self-Care SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Inner Bloom. We are dedicated to getting your wellness and self-care products to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We ship from our fulfillment center in the United States. The following options are available at checkout:

Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch. Inner Bloom is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, high volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
3. Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic (US) orders of $50.00 or more before taxes. This applies to the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories may incur additional shipping charges.
4. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or via the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping notification.
5. International Shipping
Inner Bloom ships worldwide. For international orders, please note:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- Estimated international delivery is 7–21 business days depending on the destination country.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping rates.
- We are unable to mark packages as gifts or undervalue shipments on customs forms.
- Delays due to customs clearance are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. To process your claim, we will need:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
We will work with you to arrange a replacement or store credit as appropriate. Inner Bloom is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported missing.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Inner Bloom is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. If you need to correct your address, contact us at support@innerbloom.com as soon as possible — we can only make changes before an order is dispatched.
8. PO Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) via USPS Standard Shipping. Expedited and overnight options are not available for these addresses.
